OnPage pricing and OnPage cost for on-call teams of 5, 15 and 40

OnPage costs 13.99 USD per user a month on its base plan, 22.99 USD on Enterprise Silver and 28.99 USD on Enterprise Gold, all billed annually. The base plan is also sold quarterly at 16.99 USD. SMS and voicemail are add-ons at 5 USD per user each, live call routing is 9 USD per user with 250 minutes, and a dedicated line is 360 USD a year. Prices were checked on onpage.com in October 2026.

The number that matters for an on-call team is not 13.99. OnPage says its on-call scheduler is part of the Gold package, so a rotation with SMS paging costs 33.99 USD per person a month before call routing. This guide prices that for teams of 5, 15 and 40 next to AlertOps, PagerDuty and IncidentBot.

Live call routing is the add-on most MSPs and hospital IT teams buy: a client or a nurse calls one number and OnPage rings whoever is on duty. It is useful, and it is also where the per-user price climbs fastest.

What does OnPage cost for 5, 15 and 40 users?

Monthly cost at annual list prices, with every user on call. The OnPage rows use Gold because the scheduler sits there.

IncidentBot Starter (1 public status page)120 USD360 USD960 USD
IncidentBot Team (unlimited SMS and voice, 3 status pages)245 USD735 USD1,960 USD

Read it honestly. OnPage Gold with SMS is more expensive than AlertOps Premium, PagerDuty Professional and IncidentBot Starter at every team size, and cheaper than IncidentBot Team. For a 15 person rotation the gap between OnPage Gold with SMS and IncidentBot Starter is about 150 USD a month. AlertOps and PagerDuty figures come from our AlertOps pricing and PagerDuty pricing breakdowns.

Where the OnPage bill grows

  • The scheduler. A team that buys the base plan and later wants rotations moves every seat to Gold, which doubles the per-user price.
  • SMS as a line item. Most competitors include SMS in the seat. On OnPage it is another 5 USD per person.
  • No monthly billing. Silver and Gold are annual only, so a team that grows mid-year adds seats at the annual rate.
  • Phone lines. A dedicated line, a toll-free number and extra minutes are each priced separately, which adds up for an MSP with several client hotlines.

Is OnPage worth it, or is a cheaper tool enough?

OnPage is built around persistent, loud alerts that override silent mode, HIPAA-compliant messaging and live call routing. That makes it a strong fit for hospital IT, clinical teams and MSPs that answer a phone hotline after hours. If those are your requirements, the price is fair and the add-ons buy real features.

If your team is a software or IT group that pages engineers from monitoring alerts, you probably pay for things you will not use. Compare on the whole job:

What to ask OnPage before you sign

  • Which plan includes the on-call scheduler and escalation groups for our rotation, Silver or Gold?
  • Is SMS needed for our team, or do persistent app alerts cover it?
  • How many live call routing minutes did similar customers use, and what is the overage rate?
  • Do people who only receive updates, such as managers or clients, need a paid license?
  • Can seats be added monthly within the annual term, and at what price?
  • Is there bulk or non-profit pricing, which OnPage mentions without listing a number?

During business hours many help desks route requests with a ticket queue rather than a pager, and teams that already route each ticket to the right technician often keep paging only for the after-hours rota, which cuts the number of paid on-call seats.
