Source: zenduty.com/pricing, checked in October 2026. The yearly toggle says it saves 16 percent, but the page does not print a month to month price, so ask sales for it if you do not want to commit to a year. Single sign-on, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat and postmortem templates are listed as part of every plan.
Why do review sites show different Zenduty prices?
Capterra, TrustRadius and SoftwareSuggest list older plans: a free tier for up to 5 users, Starter at 5 USD, Growth at 14 or 15 USD and Enterprise at 21 or 25 USD. Zenduty's own page now shows Starter at 6 USD and Growth at 16 USD with no free plan. Use the vendor page for budgeting and treat the aggregator numbers as history.
What does Zenduty cost for 5, 15 and 40 users?
List prices per month with yearly billing. Every user carries the pager. The status page add-on is 10,000 USD a year, which is about 833 USD a month.
| Setup | 5 users | 15 users | 40 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zenduty Starter (no status page) | 30 USD | Not possible, 5 user cap | Not possible, 5 user cap |
| Zenduty Growth (no status page) | 80 USD | 240 USD | 640 USD |
| Zenduty Growth plus status page add-on | 913 USD | 1,073 USD | 1,473 USD |
| Zenduty Growth plus Atlassian Statuspage Startup (99 USD a month) | 179 USD | 339 USD | 739 USD |
| PagerDuty Professional (status page add-on not priced publicly) | 105 USD | 315 USD | 840 USD |
| incident.io Team plus on-call add-on (1 public status page) | 125 USD | 375 USD | 1,000 USD |
| IncidentBot Starter (on-call, voice paging, 1 public status page) | 120 USD | 360 USD | 960 USD |
| IncidentBot Team (unlimited paging, 3 public or private pages) | 245 USD | 735 USD | 1,960 USD |
Read it honestly. If all you need is a pager, Zenduty Growth is the cheapest serious option in this table at every team size, and you should take it. The other low-cost pager teams compare it with is Spike, priced in our Spike.sh pricing guide. The picture changes when customers need a status page. The Zenduty add-on alone costs more per month than 30 IncidentBot Starter seats, so IncidentBot Starter with its included public page costs less than Zenduty Growth with the add-on at 5, 15 and 40 users. Pairing Zenduty Growth with a separate status page tool such as Statuspage Startup is cheaper still, and it is a fair choice if two vendors and two bills do not bother you; IncidentBot Starter costs about the same at 15 users and keeps the page update in the same incident record. The Zenduty alternative page compares the two products feature by feature.
Where the Zenduty bill grows
- The status page. On Growth it is a flat 10,000 USD a year no matter how small the team is. Enterprise includes it, at a quoted price.
- The user caps. Starter ends at 5 users and Growth ends at 50. A company with 51 people on the pager moves to Enterprise, where every number is negotiated.
- Calls and SMS outside North America and India. Starter includes 100 notifications per user a month in the US, Canada and India and 25 everywhere else, which matters for follow-the-sun rotations.
- Support hours. Starter has community support and Growth has business hours support, so 24x7 help with the paging service itself is an Enterprise feature.
Is Zenduty cheaper than PagerDuty?
Yes, on list price. Zenduty Growth costs 16 USD per user billed yearly and PagerDuty Professional costs 21 USD per user billed annually, so a 15 person team saves 75 USD a month on Zenduty. Both sell the status page separately. PagerDuty's larger platform plans are a yearly fee per seat bundle starting at 2,800 USD for 10 seats, covered in PagerDuty pricing.
Does Zenduty have a free plan?
No. Zenduty's pricing page shows Starter at 6 USD per user and a 14 day free trial for all plans with no credit card required. Older review sites still describe a free tier for up to 5 users, but it is not on the current page.
Is Zenduty now Xurrent IMR?
Yes. Xurrent announced the acquisition of Zenduty on February 27, 2025, and the product has been sold as Xurrent IMR, short for incident management and response, since November 2025. The zenduty.com pricing page still works and shows the same Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans.
When IncidentBot is worth more than Zenduty
IncidentBot costs more per seat than Zenduty, so it is only the better buy for some teams. It fits when the status page is part of the job, because a public page is included on every plan and Team adds 3 public or private pages with a custom domain. It fits when the team will pass 50 users, because no IncidentBot plan has a user cap and every price is published. And it fits when incidents run in Slack with clear roles, because /incident opens the channel, assigns commander, comms and scribe and turns the timeline into a postmortem draft. During a large outage, customers often complain on social media before they find your status page, so many teams also run brand monitoring that flags outage complaints next to their incident process.
The status page app page shows what customers see, and on call scheduling software covers rotations, overrides and escalation.
What to check before you pay for Zenduty
- Count everyone who will carry the pager in the next 12 months. Above 5 rules out Starter, above 50 means Enterprise.
- Decide whether customers need a status page this year. If yes, add 10,000 USD a year to Growth or price Enterprise.
- Check where your on-call engineers live. Starter's call and SMS allowance is lower outside the US, Canada and India.
- Ask for the month to month price if you do not want to commit to a year, since the page only shows yearly prices.
- Confirm which features in the plan table you depend on, such as workflows and service dependency mapping, with sales in writing.
