ilert pricing and ilert cost for teams of 5, 15 and 40

ilert costs 19 USD per user per month on Pro and 39 USD on Scale with annual billing, or 24 and 49 USD month to month, and Enterprise starts at 49 USD per user billed yearly. A free plan covers up to 5 users, and every paid plan needs at least 3 users. On top of seats, ilert prices public status pages by subscriber count (15 to 750 USD a month), private status pages at 125 USD a month each, call routing at 10 USD per user and stakeholders at 1 USD each. Prices were checked on ilert.com in USD in October 2026.

The seat price is low and SMS and voice are unlimited from Pro. What moves the bill is the jump to Scale for incident channels, the status page add-ons and the fact that the 39 USD Scale price is labeled a limited time offer for new users. This page prices all of it for teams of 5, 15 and 40 next to PagerDuty, Zenduty and IncidentBot.

Is ilert free?

Yes, for up to 5 users and one free plan per company. The free plan covers on-call schedules, alerting, one status page and 100 SMS and voice notifications a month shared across the account, which a real rotation uses up in a few busy nights. Unlimited SMS and voice, single sign-on and viewer users start on Pro.

What does ilert cost for 5, 15 and 40 users?

List prices per month with annual billing, every user a responder. The Scale rows use the 39 USD offer price. The last ilert row adds one private status page for internal stakeholders and 20 stakeholder recipients, which is a typical setup once a company has a support team that follows incidents.

Setup5 users15 users40 users
ilert Pro95 USD285 USD760 USD
ilert Scale195 USD585 USD1,560 USD
ilert Scale at the 49 USD monthly price245 USD735 USD1,960 USD
ilert Scale plus 1 private page and 20 stakeholders340 USD730 USD1,705 USD
IncidentBot Starter120 USD360 USD960 USD
IncidentBot Team (3 public or private pages, unlimited SMS and voice)245 USD735 USD1,960 USD

The math is seats times the rate, plus add-ons. Fifteen users on Scale with one private page and 20 stakeholders: 15 x 39 = 585, plus 125, plus 20, which is 730 USD a month or 8,760 USD a year.

Read it honestly. For paging alone, ilert Pro is cheaper than IncidentBot Starter at every size and includes unlimited SMS and voice. Once you need incident channels and a private status page, the picture depends on size: IncidentBot Team is cheaper at 5 users, the two are even at 15, and ilert Scale is cheaper at 40, as long as the 39 USD offer price holds at renewal.

Where the ilert bill grows

Three things move an ilert invoice after the first year.

  • The Scale price. ilert labels 39 USD a limited time offer for new users. If the renewal moves to the 49 USD monthly list price, a 40 user team pays 400 USD a month more.
  • Subscribers on public pages. The public page is priced by audience. A SaaS company whose status page grows from 1,000 to 5,000 subscribers goes from 50 to 200 USD a month for the same page.
  • Private and audience-specific pages. Each private page is 125 USD a month and each audience-specific page 50 USD. Teams that keep one page for customers, one for internal staff and one per enterprise account add up quickly.

Is ilert cheaper than PagerDuty?

Yes, on list price. ilert Pro at 19 USD per user a month billed yearly undercuts PagerDuty Professional at 21 USD, and ilert includes unlimited SMS and voice. Above that the models differ: ilert Scale stays per user at 39 USD, while PagerDuty moved its higher tiers to the PD Reliability Platform, which starts at 2,800 USD a year for 10 seats. Full detail is in PagerDuty pricing.

Zenduty, now sold as Xurrent IMR, is the cheapest per seat, and our Zenduty alternative page shows what its status page add-on does to that number.

When IncidentBot is worth the higher seat price

IncidentBot costs more per seat than ilert Pro. It is the better buy for a US team of up to about 15 people that wants incident channels in Slack and a private status page on day one, because both are in the Team price with no subscriber meter and no three seat minimum. It also bills in USD by default and offers US or EU data residency on Enterprise. If you only need paging and want the lowest price with unlimited calls, ilert Pro is the honest answer. The ilert alternative page compares the two feature by feature and covers the migration.

What to check before you sign an ilert quote

Put these in writing with ilert, and ask every other vendor on your shortlist the same questions.

  • What will Scale cost at the first renewal if the 39 USD offer ends?
  • How many subscribers will our public status page have in 12 months, and which subscriber tier does that put us in?
  • How many private or audience-specific pages do we need, and who counts as a stakeholder?
  • Is the quote and the invoice in USD, and where is alert data stored?
  • Does our vendor review need a SOC 2 report, or is ISO 27001 enough? If your security team runs those reviews, compliance automation for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 keeps the vendor evidence in one place.
